On the streets of New Orleans, fantastic rumors are beginning to spread about the appearance of a mysterious tool that can provide unique opportunities. If you believe the talk of local criminals, then anyone who takes the pill can gain superhuman strength. But they all warn in advance that it is impossible to predict the outcome, because only some lucky ones become super-strong, invisible, incredibly fast and amazingly smart, while others die without gaining any abilities.

The plot of the film “Project Power” is tied after the police confirm the existence of the pills. It is assumed that influential people who lead a mysterious and hidden organization are responsible for their development and distribution. They have their own interest in this matter.

When the pills start to be actively sold, then the wave of crime immediately increases. The escalation of crime reaches critical levels, forcing the local police officer to join forces with a former soldier and teenage trafficker. Three of the characters in Project Power are about to challenge new power and power.
