American film actor, screenwriter, producer, comedian.
Tom Arnold was born in a large family in Iowa. After the divorce of parents lived with father Jack Arnold. Began his career as a comedian in 1983, when first performed at the open MIC in the student stand-up show at the University of Iowa.
In the late 1980s, Tom Arnold moved to Los Angeles, where he decided to start his professional career stand-up comedian. In Hollywood he began as a writer of the sitcom “Roseanne”, which periodically appeared as an actor. In 1990, he married the performer starring Roseanne Barr.
In 1994, he played in several episodes of “General hospital” and in the film “True lies” with Arnold Schwarzenegger. Since then appeared regularly on television as an actor and screenwriter.
