Biography
Robert Hepler Lowe was born in the family of a school teacher and lawyer. His parents divorced when Rob and his younger brother, Chad (who later became an actor) were children. Still in its infancy due to viral disease Rob deaf on the right ear (by the way, in 1994, he played a blind character in the mini-series “Confrontation” written by Stephen King).
