Biography
Lewis Niles black – American stand-up comedian, author, screenwriter and actor. His stand-up Comedy is known for his imitations of nervous breakdowns and incredibly angry criticism combined with a rethinking (in the most noble sense of the word) of history, politics, religion, fashion and social phenomena. Sarcasm, exaggeration, provocation, and angry shouts, accompanied by the waving of the middle finger are the main features of his style that by its concept is based on the desire to denounce the absurdity and “open eyes” to what is happening in the United States. Lewis himself described his humor as: “…a constant presence on the Titanic, where you’re the only person who understands how it ends”.
According to their beliefs, Lewis black socialist, which according to him “… most people don’t understand. The idea of confiscation of income scares people. ‘You’re taking money from the rich!’ What a nightmare! As if they desperately need those two hundred million!”
Black claims that his work was influenced by George Carlin, lenny Bruce, Richard Pryor, Lily Tomlin, Bob Newhart and Shelly Berman.
Lewis black born August 30, 1948 to a Jewish family in the town of Silver Spring, Maryland. He graduated high school Springbrook (Springbrook High School) in 1966., black graduated from the University of North Carolina at chapel hill (University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill) specializing in writer, and in 1977 he received the degree of master of arts (Master in Fine Arts) in the school of drama at Yale University (Yale School of Drama).
Initially, he worked as a theater writer. Together with Rusty Magee (Rusty Magee) Lewis wrote the musical “the King of Rock and Roll” (The Czar Of Rock and Roll), which premiered in 1990.
His stand-up performances initially were only a Preface to the performances, as he, concurrently, was also the organizer of the ceremonies (the master of ceremonies).
