Biography
Born in California October 16, 1958. His father was a folk music performer, and his mother was a journalist. At the age of twelve years, Tim became interested in theater. After high school, he enrolled at the State University of New York Plattsburgh, but soon left it for the sake of teaching theater arts at UCLA. After graduation, he joined the avant-garde theater troupe.
