Biography
American actress of Iranian origin.
Real name – Shohreh Pari Vaziri-Tabar, Aghdashloo – is the name of her husband.
In his youth, played a lot in the theater, the actress appreciated the talent and often given a major role. In 1977 he played for the first time in a movie in the “Report” picture. After the 1979 revolution, he has left Iran and went to America, where she continued acting training and shooting.
In 1989 he starred in his first American film “Guests of Astoria.” It began to appear in the series and television. But the real fame and critical acclaim overtook the actress only in 2003, after the painting “House of Sand and Fog.” For this role, Shore Agdalshu won “Independent Spirit” Award Critics Association Los Angeles and New York, an award from the Society of online film critics and even nominated for an “Oscar” in the “Best Actress” category. He acted in films and television series “24,” “Grey’s Anatomy,” “X-Men: The Last Stand” and others.
