American actress and singer.
Named in honor of the actress Shirley Temple, Shirley Jones, after graduating from high school in 1952, he took part in the beauty contest “Miss Pittsburgh” and became the winner. Then he began performing in musicals.
In 1955, Shirley Jones debuted in cinema in the film adaptation of the musical “Oklahoma!”, Where she performed one of their main roles.
