Biography
Robert Lewandowski was born on August 21, 1988 in the Polish city of Warsaw. From the age of 8, he started to play football, a pupil of the club “Partizan” from Leszno.
Since 2004, he played for the Warsaw “Varsavia”, in 2005 moved to the “Delta”, where he played for the main team and scored 4 goals, after that he was invited to the youth team “Legia”.
In 2006, moved to Znich and immediately became the team’s top scorer, scoring 15 goals and becoming the best in the league. In the match with “Petrkuf Tribunalsky Concord” Lewandowski designed the first hat-trick in his career and earned for his team an increase in the second division.
In 2008, Robert once again became the team’s top scorer and league with 21 goals in 32 games and thereby attracted the attention of the giants of Polish football.
In June 2008, the football club Lech was signed for 1.5 million zlotys (about 380 thousand euros).
In 2009, he became the top scorer with 18 goals and helped his team win the Polish championship 2009-10.
In the fall of 2009, Robert became the face of the FIFA 10 football simulator in Poland, and was voted the best player in the Polish championship.
