Biography
Penn was born and raised in the United States. The future actor was born in 1986, the first of November in Baltimore. Early childhood Penn held in Richmond (Virginia), and then he moved to Seattle (WA). Here in Seattle, the boy participated in productions in the children’s theater and children’s radio recordings.
At the age of eleven Penn is in Hollywood, where he tried his hand as a singer of songs. In 1998, Badgley released his debut single.
In 17 years, Penn Badgley graduated from the College of Santa Monica and continued his education at the University of Southern California. However, studies at the university had to be interrupted because of the contracts signed by the actor.
