American comedian, actor, writer and Director. Played main roles in several popular Comedy TV series like ‘The State’, ‘Viva Variety’, ‘Stella’ and the current ‘Michael & Michael Have Issues’.
Born black then Michael Ian Schwartz in Chicago, Illinois, the son of the mistress of the shop Jill and Manager Robert Schwarz. He grew up in Hillsborough, new Jersey. The first season of the show consisted of ten episodes, was released in June 2005 and the management was not interested in the channel so, to create the second.
Black wrote the screenplays for two major comedies – ‘Marry a stranger’ (‘Wedding Daze’) of 2006 and ‘Run, fat boy, run’ (‘Run, Fat Boy, Run’) 2007 Simon Pegg in the lead role. Currently Michael leads on the Comedy Central reality show ‘Reality Bites Back’. The idea later formed the basis of the project ‘Michael & Michael Have Issues’, the pilot episode of which was published in August 2008.
