American comedian, actor, writer and Director. Played main roles in several popular Comedy TV series like ‘The State’, ‘Viva Variety’, ‘Stella’ and the current ‘Michael & Michael Have Issues’.
Born black then Michael Ian Schwartz in Chicago, Illinois, the son of the mistress of the shop Jill and Manager Robert Schwarz. He grew up in Hillsborough, new Jersey. Black wrote the screenplays for two major comedies – ‘Marry a stranger’ (‘Wedding Daze’) of 2006 and ‘Run, fat boy, run’ (‘Run, Fat Boy, Run’) 2007 Simon Pegg in the lead role. Currently Michael leads on the Comedy Central reality show ‘Reality Bites Back’.
