American actress.
Born July 22, 1934 in Birmingham, Alabama, USA.
Louise Fletcher was born in a large family of deaf parents. Her father was a priest in the town of Araba, he was the founder of four dozen churches for the deaf in Alabama. Aunt future actress taught her to speak and influenced the choice of becoming an actress.
She graduated from the University of North Carolina. Then he migrated to Los Angeles, where he worked as a secretary and at the same time in the evenings attended acting classes.
