American film and television actress, nominee for Golden Globe and Emmy Award.
Christine Landen Davis was born on February 23, 1965 in the city of Boulder, Colorado, in the USA. She was the only child in the family. Soon after her birth, Christine’s parents divorced. Her mother soon married a psychology professor from the University of South Carolina, and Christine Davis had three sisters from the first marriage of her newly-minted stepfather.
Since ten years, Christine Davis dreamed of becoming an actress. Her passion for the theater arose after participating in the children’s play “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs”.
After graduating from high school, in 1983, Christine Davis moved to New Jersey and entered the University of Rutger. In 1987, Christine Davis moved to New York, where she and her friends organized a yoga studio.
In 1995, Christine Davis got a role in the television series “Melrose Place” and starred in it for a year. Around the same time she participated in several TV series, including “Friends” and “Seinfeld (Seinfeld)”.
In 1998, Christine Davis began to star in the famous series “Sex and the City (Sex and the City), but until the end of filming in 2004, remained the only one of the four leading actresses who were not awarded the Emmy Award.
