BIOGRAPHY
MARILYN PAULINE NOVAK
Born on February 13, 1933 in Chicago, Illinois, USA.
American actress. By nationality – Czech.
She started her career as a fashion model. In 1953 she made her debut in the movie (the episode in the film “The French Line”). After signing a contract with a Hollywood company, “Columbia Pictures” with success, largely due to its appearance, he played a role in the film “The Man with the Golden Arm” (1955) and “History of Eddie Dachina” (1956) and others.
In 1955, Kim Novak became the owner of the award “Golden Globe” for his role in “Picnic” as Most Promising Newcomer. The most famous acting job Kim Novak – thriller Alfred Hitchcock’s “Vertigo” (1958).
By the end of the 60s the actress’s career went into decline, new stars and films with the participation of the former Novak had resounding success.
