Kiernan Shipka, the full name of Kiernan Brennan Shipka, (Kiernan Brennan Shipka) is a young American actress who plays the role of Don Draper’s daughter, Sally, from the super popular TV series Mad Men.

Kiernan Shipka was born in Chicago on November 10, 1999. Her debut on television took place in the series “Ambulance” when the baby was only 5 months old.

From an early age, Kiernan knew how hard the work of the model and actress was. When she was 5 years old, she already had more than 200 shootings for print advertising and participated in more than 10 commercials. Soon the girl began to receive offers to appear in TV shows. Her first roles were in projects: The Angriest Man in Suburbia (2006), Detective Monk (2006), Heroes (2007), and the film Dimension (2007).

When Kiernan turned 6, her mother decided that it would be better for her daughter’s career to live next to Hollywood, and the whole family moved to Los Angeles. My mother’s tactic justified itself: after participating in several small TV shows, her blond beauty was signed for the role of Sally in the TV series Mad Men. In the shortest possible time, the series has become a cult, and all the actors involved in it are megastars, including little Kiernan. She was so impressed both viewers and critics with her professionalism and mastery of reincarnation that her capricious and audacious Sally in the last, seventh, season of the series turned from secondary to one of the main characters of the series.

As part of the acting ensemble “Mad Men”, Kiernan Shipka became the owner of two US Screen Actors Guild Awards in 2009 and 2010 and the title of “Most Memorable Actor” at the 2012 Young Hollywood Award.

In parallel with the work in “Mad Men” Kiernan has time to actively act in films. In 2009, she performed the lead role in the horror film “The Bearers”, for which she received the nomination “Best Female Role” for the Young Actor Award. In 2010, the young actress

participated in the family comedy “Cats Against Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore”, and in 2013 in the youth melodrama “Very Good Girls”, where the main roles were played by Elizabeth Olsen and Dakota Fanning.

Despite such a gentle appearance, Kiernan Shipka loves sports, and more masculine types: she is the owner of the black belt in taekwondo.
