Biography of Juan Diego Botto
Juan Diego Botto is an actor, director and writer of theatre and film, Spanish-argentine, born August 29, 1975 in Buenos Aires.
Son of the renowned professor of interpretation Cristina Rota and brother of the actresses Maria Botto and Nur Al Levi, who lost his father in 1977, fruit of the dictatorship of Videla and its thousands of “disappeared”.
After this tragic event, and fearing for his safety, he traveled with his family to Madrid, where his mother founded one of the most reputable schools for actors in the country, in which the same Juan Diego studied dramatic art before moving to New York to continue with their training.
