Yuel Kinnaman is a Swedish actor. He gained the greatest fame for his roles in the films “Easy Money” and “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo”.

He was born on November 25, 1979 in Stockholm in the family of a Swede and an American who emigrated from the United States during the Vietnam War, and therefore has dual citizenship. His real name is Charles Yuel Nordstrom. He has five sisters, one of whom also became an actress. Yuel graduated from the prestigious Swedish Academic School of Drama and quickly became a sought-after actor. His film debut took place in 2002, when he starred in the Swedish film “Invisible”. Then followed roles in other Swedish films: “Viva, the King!” (2005), “Storm” (2005) and “Arn: United Kingdom” (2008). Yuel successfully moved up the career ladder: in 2009, he played a major role in the drama “In Your Veins” and in six parts of the film Johan Falk. By 2009, Kinnaman became one of the most popular actors in Sweden. In 2010, the fame of the European level brought him work in the criminal drama “Easy Money”, based on the world bestseller Jens Lapidus. The picture was not only well-received by critics, but also became the highest-grossing Swedish film, and Üuel was awarded the prestigious Swedish award.

Kinnaman decided to use the moment to get to Hollywood: he hired an agent in the USA, the same one who works with Johnny Depp. Soon the actor became one of the main candidates for the main roles in such films as “Thor” and “Mad Max-4”.
