BIOGRAPHY
JEAN-MARC BARR
French actor, screenwriter, Director, cinematographer, producer.
He was born on 27 September 1960 in Bitburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany.
The mother was French, her father was an American pilot, a veteran of the Second World war.
He graduated from the philosophical faculty of the University of California at Los Angeles, studied at the Sorbonne, studied acting at the Paris Conservatory. He continued his education at the famous London school of Music and drama “Guildhall”.
Made his film debut in the small role of James in English Comedy directed by Brian Gilbert’s “the Frog Prince” (1984). In 1986 he played the role of Bruce Carrie in war drama John Burmana “Hope and glory”.
