American actress.
Real name – Gloria Holvord.
Born in a family of British actress Jean Graham, from childhood had before his eyes the example of acting and received acting lessons. She started her career as a theater actress on Broadway. Was invited to the studio MGM one of the founders of the company, Louis B. Mayer, after one of his performances.
