Biography
Fanny Marguerite look, Judith Ardant was born on 22 March 1949 in Saumur. The father, a cavalry officer, participated in the escort to the European Royal courts, so the family constantly moved from place to place. In 1979, 30-year-old actress appeared on French television – played in TV dramas, and then starred in the film “Dogs in the city” of the Director Alain Jessua and finally, in the television series “Women of the sea”.
In this series she was first seen by the master of French Directors Francois Truffaut. It was love at first sight. Truffaut was immediately invited Ardan in his Studio, declaring that he offers her the role in the new film.
