Biography
American comedian, full name – Edward Paul Helms.
The son of a lawyer and a schoolteacher, a child is very interested in geology. After school he entered Oberlin College, where he studied film, then moved to New York. There Helms began performing on stage as a comedian and soon got on TV, where he participated in the comedy show.
His acting career began as Ed Helms on television, playing on the series “Arrested Development” and “Office”. And in 2007 he made his film debut with the comedy “Evan Almighty,” which was followed by the drama “Meet Dave” (2008) and, finally, superuspeshny “The Hangover” (2009), which overnight made the actor a star.
Ed Helms are very interested in music, playing the guitar, piano and banjo. Together with school friends, he acts as the group of “Lonely Trio”.
