At the same time Ana started her singing career with the release of 1973 album ‘Tierra’. The songs for this release, as well as for the album ‘Calle del Oso’, was written the words and music of Victor Manuel. Some of the songs touch on political and social issues.

In 1986, belém became a knight of the French Order of arts and letters (L’ordre des Arts et des Lettres). In 1995, the actress was awarded the gold medal of the Academy of Spain.
