Michael Keaton (real name – Michael John Douglas, born Michael John Douglas.) – American actor of cinema, producer and director. Born September 5, 1951, in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, United States.
Biography
Michael Keaton in the two years he studied rhetoric at Kent State University in Ohio, but later dropped out and moved to Pittsburgh. In 1975, Michael moved to Los Angeles, where he got his first role in a television series. Then he took the stage name “Keaton” in order to avoid confusion with the radio host Mike Douglas and popular actor Michael Douglas.
Keaton’s acting career began with the filming of the TV series “Maude.” He then appeared in such films as “The Family», «All’s Fair», «Tony Randall Show”, “different approach” and “Studs Lonigan”. In 1982, a turning point took place in Michael’s career, he was invited to star in the comedy “Night Shift,” directed by Ron Howard.
