Biography
Elisabeth Moss’s career began very early. Play a movie she started at the age of 8 years (in the television movie “The girls from the Bar”).
For fifteen years she had to voice the heroine Michelle in the cartoon “Once in the forest,” to work in the film “The Noble conman”, and in 1995, Elizabeth received roles in “Escape to Witch Mountain” studio “Disney” and dedicated to the American country music duo The Judds film “Love will spread between us bridge”, where she played the heroine Ashley Judd as a child.
In 1999, Moss won the role of the president’s daughter, Zoey Bartlett, in the TV series “The West Wing.” In the same year she was invited to star in the movie “Girl, Interrupted” with Angelina Jolie and Winona Ryder. Finally, in 2004, she starred in the movie “Virgin”, for which she was nominated for “Independent Spirit” festival.
But the real success came to the actress only in 2007, when she won the role of secretary Peggy Olsen in the TV series “Mad Men.”
In 2009 and 2011 Elisabeth Moss was nominated for the “Emmy” in the category “Best Actress in a Drama Series.”
In October 2008, Moss made his Broadway debut in a production of the play “on the ball”.
