Ed Harris (full name – Edward Allen Harris) – American film and theater actor. Born November 28, 1950 in the city of Tenafly (New Jersey, USA).
Biography
While studying at the school, Ed became interested in sports. In American football, baseball, and he even had some success. Thanks to the results achieved Ed Harris received an athletic scholarship. This allowed him to become a student of one of the most prestigious American universities – Columbia. In 1971, despite the good grades, he dropped school. Sports activities are no longer gave him so much pleasure as before. He moved to Oklahoma to his parents and enrolled in the state university. But here, Harris studied for a short time. Fascinated by the theater, he went in search of the best in Los Angeles. Much later, the actor still received higher education, completing a training course at the Art Institute in California.
In the City of Angels for a time he worked in television, acting in serials and inconspicuous films – “Gibbsvill” “Delvecchio,” “The Amazing Howard Hughes”. In the feature film he managed to appear only in 1978.
