Biography
Powers Boothe was born June 1, 1948, his childhood and youth he spent on a farm in Texas. Booth studied theatrical art at first at the University of Texas then, in 1972, became a master of arts, after graduating from southern Methodist University in Dallas.
Debuts booth as an actor occurred in the 70s: on stage, he came first in the production of “Richard III” in 1974 in New York, and appeared on the screen in 1977 in a cameo role in the drama “goodbye my dear!”. By the way, this film won numerous awards, including 4 awards “Golden globe” and “Oscar”.
