Jamie Campbell Bower – English actor, singer and model. He was best known for his role as sailor Anthony Hope in Tim Burton’s musical thriller Sweeney Todd, Demon Barber of Fleet Street, bloodthirsty vampire Kai in the series of cult films Twilight, the young wizard Gellert Green de Wald in the seventh film movie JK Rowling “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1”, the legendary King Arthur in the TV series Camelot, and Jace Weyland in the Harold Zvart adventure fantasy action game “The Instruments of Death: City of Bones.”

Short biography
Jamie Bower was born on November 22, 1988 in London. His mother, Anna-Elizabeth Roseberry, was the music manager, and his father, David Bower, worked for the American company Gibson. Jamie’s maternal ancestor was Sir John Campbell, Lieutenant Governor of the State of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The future actor was educated in one of the most fashionable and free-thinking private schools in Hampshire – the Bedales School, where the emphasis was initially placed on creative disciplines, including visual arts, design, acting, and music. Among the eminent graduates of the school are Daniel Day-Lewis, Minnie Driver and Lily Allen. In addition, in his student years, Jamie was a member of the National Youth Music Theater and the National Youth Theater.

Bauer’s cinematic debut took place in 2007 in Tim Burton’s musical thriller Sweeney Todd, The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, in which he played the role of seaman Anthony Hope. The budding actor got to the set thanks to her friend, actress Laura Michelle Kelly, who played in the film a beggar Lucy. It was Laura who introduced the young man to a professional agent who, in turn, helped the newcomer with the selection of the role. In addition to working in the cinema, the gifted Jamie performed on stage as a soloist of the alternative rock band The Darling Buds. Then he tried himself in the modeling business, turning to the London agency Select Model Management.
