Ingrid Bergman – Swedish and American actress, winner of the “Oscar”, twice – the “Emmy” and four – Award “Golden Globe”. Born August 29, 1915 in Stockholm.
Biography
When Ingrid was only three years old, her mother died, and at thirteen she lost and the father. Orphaned girl first raised aunt, but after a while a relative also died. Ingrid then took over the upbringing of her uncle Otto Bergman, who was still five children.
When the girl was 17 years old, she enrolled at the Royal Dramatic Theatre in Stockholm, but a year later left him for filming in a movie.
